Blend of barrel aged spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale, spontaneous fermentation barrel aged saison and coolship saison brewed on May 2018, October 2019, January 2020 and February 2020 refermented with California Central Valley grown Apricot and shelled apricot pits. 6.0% ABV.

Nice apricot aroma up front with lingering taste of fresh apricot with light marzipan finish, medium acidity, full body yet dry and very refreshing.
