Blend of 23 months and 12 months barrel aged spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale, 49 months barrel aged and 37 months barrel aged saison refermented with organic white and yellow peaches. 5.9% ABV.

Nice sweet peach aroma up front with lingering taste of fresh peach, medium acidity, full body yet dry and very refreshing.
