Adrift ~ 6.2% abv – Blend of spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale brewed on Dec 2019 aged in Port wine barrel for 30 months. Conditioned since June 2022.

Bellywengins ~ 5.2% abv – 34 months barrel aged Berliner-weisse style golden sour, served with optional pomegranate syrup or Waldmeister getrankesirup.

Crusher ~ 9.0% abv – Blend of 38 months barrel aged spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale and 64 months barrel aged coolship saison, refermented with cabernet sauvignon grapes.

Sooper ~ 5.9% abv – Blend of 23 months and 12 months barrel aged spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale, 49 months barrel aged and 37 months barrel aged saison refermented with organic white and yellow peaches.

Pyrotechnic Pleasantries ~ 5.9% abv – Blend of 54 months barrel aged brown ale, 26 months golden sour ale, 19 months saison & 6 months spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale, re-fermented with strawberries. Conditioned since May 2021.

Darkle ~ 10.5% abvBlend of 45 months and 40 months spontaneous fermentation dark sour ale aged in bourbon barrel for over 3 years. Conditioned since August 2022.

Tweaque ~ 5.0% abv – Blend of barrel aged spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale brewed on Feb 2018 & barrel aged mix culture golden sour ale brewed on Jan 2022 refermented with locally grown kumquat.

Cold Four ~ 6.4% abv – Blend of 25 months, 29 months and 41 months barrel aged mix culture saison, dry hopped with Sterling hops and Slovenian styrian golding celeia hops.

Cat and Fiddle ~ 6.2% abv – Blend of barrel aged amber sour ale brewed on January 2022.

Spout ~ 5.8% abv – Barrel aged spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale aged for 15 months in oak barrel refermented with raspberries and infused with Indonesian vanilla beans.

Language of Flower ~ ABV 5.8% – Barrel aged coolship saison brewed on May 2018 with Jasmine blossoms.

Play Camel ~ 8.9% abv – Blend of 43 months dark barrel aged (60%) and 38 months (20 %) & 35 months (20%) barrel aged golden sour refermented with California organic peach and California organic nectarine.

Fogram ~ 7.8% abv – Blend of 40 months barrel aged (68%) and 25 months barrel aged (32%) golden sour ale re fermented with fresh sweet Cherries and Tahitian Vanilla Bean.
