~ Yardnarb ~ 6.0% abv - Blend of 10% spontaneous fermentation golden sour brewed in Feb 2019, aged in Brandy barrel for 25 months.

~ Saturday Pie ~  6.6% abv - 6th anniversary beer collaboration with Honey Pot Meadery. 16 months oak barrel aged saison ale, double aged in whiskey mead barrel refermented with homegrown peach, nectarines, raspberry and boysenberry. Conditioned since September 2022

~ Pyrotechnic Plessantries ~ 5.9% abv -Blend of 54 months BA (Barrel Aged) brown ale, 26 months BA golden sour ale, 19 months BA saison & 6 months BA spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale, refermented with strawberries. Conditioned since may 2021

~ Whisker Splitter ~ 7.1% - Collaboration beer with Honey Pot Meadery.  A spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale brewed on February 2020 aged in oak wine barrel for 1 year and double aged in mead rye whiskey barrel for another 17 months. Conditioned since July 2022

~ Smilence ~ 6.8% abv - Unblended spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale aged for 27 months in neutral oak wine barrel, infused with locally foraged Elderflower. Conditioned since April 2021

~ Turn Turtle - abv 6.0% - Blend of spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale brewed on January 2018 and December 2019 refermented with California grown organic nectarine.

~ Punch ~ 7.5% abv Blend of barrel aged saison ( 29 months, 30 months, 31 months, 49 months and 53 months aged) refermented with pineapple, guava, papaya, passion fruit, orange and apricot.

BOTTLE POUR:

~ Shipwrecked ~ 6.6% abv - Blend of saison aged in Zinfandel wine barrel brewed on 05/2016 with orange blossom honey.

~ Frochard ~ 6.6% abv - Blend of barrel aged golden sour ale brewed on Jan 2016, May 2016 and April 2018 refermneted with California organic Plums, Nectarine, Peach and Apricots.

~ Jammiest bits of Jam ~ 6.7% abv - Blend of barrel aged golden sour ale brewed on December 2015, February 2016, may 2016, October 2016 and December 2018 refermented with Pacific Northwest boysenberries

Non Sour Beer:

1. PANNUM LAGER ~ ABV 5.0% ~ Sour Cellars house Lager. Light and crisp, double decoction lager with Sterling hops. Also available in 4 pack cans to go.

2. BREKKER DUNKEL ABV 5.8% ~ Triple decoction classic Dark German lager brewed with dark malt and Tetnang hops. Light amber color, crisp, malty, dark fruit notes, fluffy mouth feel. Also available in 4 pack cans to go.

3. GRODZISKIE POLISH SMOKE BEER. ~ ABV 4.7% ~ Triple decoction historical beer style from Poland brewed with 100% oak smoked what malt. Pale yellow in color,  crisp, low lever of hop bitterness, dominant but well balance smoke flavor and aroma. Onsite consumption only.

4. SWIG ALTBIER ~ ABV 4.8% ~ Double decoction classic German style amber ale brewed with Munich malt and Perle hops. Crisp, clean tasting, copper brown color, malty to nutty bittersweet finish, lingering toasted bread crust after taste. Also available 4 can cans to go.

5. CITRA & FRIENDS IPA ~ ABV 5.8% ~ West coast Indian pale ale brewed and dry hopped with Citra and other hops. Refreshing, floral citrusy aroma and piney

Most of our beer is aged one year in the barrels
