Neutral oak barrel aged spontaneous fermentation organic dry farm Cucamonga Valley Zinfandel grape. Medium to full bodies red wine with notes of plum, berries and hint of licorice and aroma of vanilla. No sulfites added.

Made from the pressed juice of Balaton and Montmorency sour cherries. Intense flavors of cherries, cinnamon, and clove (no spices were added) with a light sweetness

A collaboration with Superstition Meadery in Prescot, Arizona. Raspberry and Indonesian vanilla mead, aged in our Cabernet Sauvignon barrel.

A well balance between sweetness of honey with raspberry and nice vanilla aroma. A perfect liquid dessert or after dinner drink.
