Foxed ~ 6.7% abv – Blend of 35 months barrel aged spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale refermented with raspberries, mulberries and boysenberries.
Ladida ~ 6.6% abv A blend of barrel aged golden sour ale aged for 47 months and 42 month barrel aged of spontaneous golden sour ale refermented with Satsuma Plum, Blueberry, English lavender and honey.
Lazy Bones ~ 7.3% abv – Blended barrel aged spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale brewed on February 2020, refermented with Vermentino grapes.
Bellywengins ~ 5.2% abv – 34 months barrel aged Berliner-weisse style golden sour, served with optional pomegranate syrup or Waldmeister getrankesirup.
Bellywasher ~ 7.6% abv – Blend of 4 & 5 years barrel aged spontaneously fermented golden sour ale ,re-fermented with raspberries and orange blossom honey. The new batch is close to a 50/50 beer.
Sooper ~ 5.9% abv – Blend of 23 months and 12 months barrel aged spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale, 49 months barrel aged and 37 months barrel aged saison refermented with organic white and yellow peaches.
Bumble Puppy ~ 5.5% abv – Blend of 76 months and 54 months barrel aged spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale re-fermented with prickly pear cactus fruit.
Darkle ~ 10.5% abv – Blend of 45 months and 40 months spontaneous fermentation dark sour ale aged in bourbon barrel for over 3 years. Conditioned since August 2022.
Tweaque ~ 5.0% abv – Blend of barrel aged spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale brewed on Feb 2018 & barrel aged mix culture golden sour ale brewed on Jan 2022 refermented with locally grown kumquat.
Habanada 2025 (experimental batch) ~ ABV 5.5% – Blend of spontaneous fermentation barrel aged golden sour ale brewed on March 2019 and Nov 2020 , refermented with homegrown Habanada pepper. (No heat habanero pepper)
Cat and Fiddle ~ 6.2% abv – Blend of barrel aged amber sour ale brewed on January 2022.
Five Or Seven ~ 6.8% abv – Blend of barrel aged spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale and saison brewed on March 2018, April 2018 and Dec 2018 refermented with locally grown passion fruits.
Play Camel ~ 8.9% abv – Blend of 43 months dark barrel aged (60%) and 38 months (20 %) & 35 months (20%) barrel aged golden sour refermented with California organic peach and California organic nectarine.
YARDNARB ~ 6.0% abv – Unbleded spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale brewed in Feb 2019, aged for 25 months in brandy barrel.
